If you’re looking to build teams, one of the most efficien ways to do it is through team building games. They offer a more relaxed atmosphere to get the point of team building across.  As we know the mind can absorb more information in a relaxed state as opposed to a tensed environment. The advantage of team building games is that exercise can be very simple or at least seem easier for the members of theteam.
